Chloe Hart - Agent

For the past 16 years, Chlöe has built a rich and varied career in theatre, performing in major productions across the West End, throughout the UK, and internationally in LA, Chicago, and South Korea. Her credits include leading roles in Hairspray—where she played Tracy Turnblad in the West End at just 21—Wicked, Les Misérables, Kinky Boots, SIX the Musical, and many more. She is currently appearing in the Olivier Award–winning Operation Mincemeat.

After years of collaborating closely with creatives, casting teams, and performers, Chlöe developed a strong passion for championing talent from the other side of the table. Her first taste of agency work came during the pandemic at a children’s agency in Wales, where she quickly fell in love with the business, admin, and nurturing side of the job. Combined with her time in the casting room and her extensive performance experience, she built the foundation—and the network—to transition fully into representation.

Now in her second year as a talent agent at Roberts & Day, Chlöe has already made a significant impact. She leads her own book and has seen her clients audition for and book a range of exciting projects across stage and screen. She brings an artist-first perspective, a deep understanding of the industry, and a genuine passion for helping performers thrive.

Chlöe is committed to promoting diversity across all areas of the industry, with a personal focus on body diversity and improving opportunities for working-class actors. She is also passionate about mentoring emerging talent—supporting actors with audition technique, rep guidance, and vocal coaching as a qualified singing teacher.
